I purchased this television about a month ago from target and am very satisfied with it. While the on sale price of 279$ helped sway my decision I also sell these tv’s everyday at my job and have never heard any complaints about them. To start I’m pretty sick of the whole bashing 720p thing…the fact is that on a tv this small 1080p really wouldn’t be recognizable and the picture is just as good as on my old 40″ Samsung 5 Series which to put it bluntly is amazing. As for the viewing angle complaints from many other reviews all I have to say is that I have only noticed slight blacking out of the picture when you’re viewing the television from above or below it and it really isn’t that noticeable. Beyond that my only other complaints are the giant and quite basic remote and the so-so sound from the speakers but for the cost I can deal. I would recommend this tv to anyone looking for a good bedroom tv that would not be viewing it from either above or below and who doesn’t mind mediocre sound quality.
