For a backpacking tent that costs less than , this is exactly what I expected. It is easy to set up and take down, has ample room for one person plus gear, and is fairly light weight. I have not tried the tent with two people yet, but I could see it being a tight fit for two people plus gear. The dual entrances into the vestibule are handy, as well as the small gear loft provided. The tent is NOT water proof, as a previous review stated. The manufacture claims it to be water resistant. If you are planning a trip where severe rain might be expected, I would look into a waterproof fabric treatment. So far the tent is exactly as I expect, and will work until I can afford to purchase a high end backpacking tent.
