First off, I love these supports. I am blessed with insanely high arches… every podiatrist I’ve seen all say I have the highest arches of anyone they’ve seen. It’s ridiculous. I have tried the custom molded orthotics, and they don’t work for me. So I googled for hours, about 2 years ago, and found these. I bought them, loved them, and have been buying them ever since. They offer decent support for my feet. Not what I would call ideal, but the most support I’ve found so far, and my feet are something of a rarity, even among other pes cavus ‘victims’. These supports also have some give to them. I find in the search for the perfect support, either the thing is all gel, and no support, or a rock solid band, that just hurts. These are a happy medium. Not gel-like, but still cushion-y. Hope this helps someone.br /br /As for the other review… you’re putting something underneath your foot, inside your shoe… so if you couldn’t figure out that that makes less room inside your shoe. Well…. I’m impressed you figured out how to breath.
