I’ve been running in Brooks Trance 7 shoes for the past couple years, believing they were the best…I found an article and the website for SPIRA and thought I give them a try. WOW!br /br /These shoes are truly amazing. I run in 5Ks…up to Half-Marathons. These shoes help incredibly with the impact on my joints…they’re great!
