I was having a lot of knee pain and my boss suggested buying these. Although the pain still comes around sometimes, it is noticably less. I highly recommend these if you are flat footed, have arch problems, or soar knees for no good apparent reason

Poron is light weight durable, it does not harden like PVC foam, does not breakdown like Latex foam or take a compression set like EVA foam. The anatomically shaped extra deep heel cup arch support, along with the external heel stabilizer work together to properly support the foot. The anti-friction top cover helps prevent blisters and the MicroZap antimicrobial in the top cover helps keep the insole odor free. 10 30% lighter than other performance cushion insoles. The tapered toe design provides room in the toe box of the shoe. To insure the foot fits properly inside the shoe, the heel forefoot thickness of the SL Insoles have been adjusted by size. For example; a Womens size 6 insole is for a smaller foot, so its made proportionally thinner in the heel forefoot than the larger Mens size 13 insole. Our separate Mens Womens insole sizing allows us to make a better fitting insole for Men Women. The SL Insole was designed for use in all types of athletic shoes, sports activities.
