A strong mineral crystal shields the black dial, which is dominated by a gear-revealing window. This is my first non-mainstream watch purchase, and I am very pleased with it. I was unsure of what brands are decent in this price range, but Invicta seemed like a good compromise between the royally-expensive well-known brands and common store brands. The only bad thing I’ve heard about them is customer service, but at this price I’m not that worried if it breaks.br /br /The quality of the case and the details visible in the movement are of terrific craftsmanship. It truly looks, and feels, like a 0 watch. Although street prices currently range around 0-200 for this piece, I haven’t found others for less than 0 that come close to this in terms of build quality and appearance. br /br /Two words or warning for those looking to purchase this watch. The crown is a little hard to pull out to set the time (I had to pry it out with a small screwdriver). I’m hoping this will soften up with time. The stainless steel case did not get damaged from doing this. The other is the leather band is crazy thick, kind of like three-credit-cards-stacked thick, but it appears of very high quality.
