I’ve owned and enjoyed other Dansko shoes because I can wear them comfortably all day (even without my arch support inserts), and I am happy with this model, too. I usually wear 7 1/2 and the 38 fit well. The opening on top of the Solstice clog is more narrow than my other Dansko clogs, and the heel is a big higher as well, but just as comfortable. I like the shiny-but-not-too-shiny black finish and the styling overall. I must admit, though, no one (and I mean no one) has complemented me on these shoes, button or no button. But they go nicely with my khakis, and I’d rather have happy feet knees than oohs ahs, so the Solstice clogs serve me well. Amazon beat my local store’s price by , so that’s a plus.
