Dansko Men’s Professional Oiled Leather Clog Overview
Your heel should lift up and down with every step, so if you are a half-size you may be more comfortable sizing up (for example if you are a US size 10, you may be more comfortable in an EU size 44). Heel should move up and down freely. Fit may be snug when stepping into the clog. Dansko’s flagship classic for all-day comfort, support and unmistakable style. High quality leather upper follows the natural contours of the foot. Box leather is ideal for the workplace environments with wet, acidic or greasy conditions. It has a smooth, clean finish with the natural irregularities removed. It is the easiest leather to maintain, and can be wiped clean with soap and water. Instep collar is generously padded. Roomy Thermoplastic toe box provides durable reinforcement and toe protection while allowing toes to move comfortably. Nonallergenic vegetable tanned leather sockliner wrapped around synthetic foam absorbs and evaporates perspiration. Protective Polyethylene heel counter allows the heel to move up and down when walking. Also provides lateral stability and acts as a natural shoe horn. PVC inner frame provides stability and reduces torque and pronation. Polyurethane outsole provides shock absorption and flexibility, withstands surfaces of extreme heat and cold, and protects feet, legs and back during long hours of standing or walking. Rocker bottom propels the foot forward when walking. Purchased for a trip to Disneyland…these seemed to have the most positive recommendation among people who are on their feet all day. They are extremely comfortable, but I did need to break them in for a week or two due to them being tight on top of my foot (I have high arches / high instep). Others I’ve since talked to seemed to have the same issue. I also have wide feet, but the width on these (not an official wide) is fine. Tried on they same style (just not patent leather) in a wide width at a shoe store. Those didn’t really feel much different than these in width or toe room. I’m a 6.5 Wide…initially purchased a 38, which was too small, but the 39 is perfect. Would definitely recommend these to others. Overall style and the patent leather are cute in a ‘hip mom’ sort of way. My teenager wouldn’t be caught dead in them…but she still is concerned what everybody is thinking. I have finally matured to the age of knowing what really matters.

The sizing charts on amazon are different than on clogs central. Follow the one on clogs central. I wear a 9 and ordered a 39 which was too small. I sent them back the next day and had to pay a lot for shipping, it has been a week since the company received my shoes and no word that they have processed my order yet. If you need to exchange your shoes, beware its going to take weeks.
