I have owned 2 pairs of ASICS GEL-Rocket III before. I used them to play squash and it gives me very good protection and feel very comfortable. From the past experiences, I would like to try the Rocket IV too. So, I ordered the ASICS Men’s GEL-Rocket IV Volleyball Shoes from Amazon.com, the shoes is shipped from Squash Pro Shop. The size that I used to wear is 25.5 CM, so, I used the sizing chart on the web site, and it converted the size to U.S. 8.5(U.S. 8.5 / E.U. 40 / U.K. 8 / Mexico 7.5 / 25.7 CM / 10-1/8 Inches). Ihe shipment took 5 days shipped from IL to CA. Finally, I got it and can’t wait to try it on. After opened the box, I found that the shoes is way too big compare to the sizing chart that Amazon put up there. The size shown on the shoes box is U.S. 8.5 / E.U. 42 / 26.5 CM. br /Then I e-mail Squash Pro Shop right away for the issue. After 2 days, they reply: br /br /Dear Customer,br /Below is your return authorization for the shoes.br /Please note that the merchant sizing chart on this item is put up by Amazon.com since there are many vendors selling this item. We have no control over the sizing chart. THIS IS SOMETHING YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE UP WITH AMAZON.COM. Upon receipt of the shoes, we will refund you in full.br /Sincerely,br /The Squash Pro Shop Teambr /(847) 869-8800br /br /I’m really unsatisfied for the service and purchase. Because: 1) Wrong information on the web site that misleading customers (the sizing charts); 2) No return label provided (you have to pay for the return shipping) even though it is not your fault; 3) I e-mail back Squash Pro Shop later and ask for re-order the shoes, they even not reply to my email (after 8 days). What kind of service is that???; 4) I’m still waiting for the refund without the new shoes. br /br /PLease don’t use the sizing chart to buy shoes on Amazon, Don’t waste your time and money.
