My wife and I got this when our son was 9 months and we’ve been running with him ever since (over a year). He is really comfortable in this thing; extremely roomy and even a lil’ pocket inside for stowing his bottle, a back mesh pocket and a bottom container area that can hold probably 1.5 bags of groceries. Great for hikes even on more rugged terrain. Can go on sand, but will require some work on your part (unless its wet, hard sand). br /br /Only drawback is that b/c of its durability and ruggedness, it is a lil’ large to stow (even when folded) and the front wheel doesn’t move so turning is a lil’ more work (by pushing down on handle to lift front wheel off the ground), but I’ve gotten use to it. br /br /I’ve even sprinted using it with no worries for my son’s safety. I’ve gone up and done hills running. I’ve done a 5k with him in it. Only drawback is if you’re doing a big race with A LOT of people, then it gets to be a bit annoying maneuvering this thing around, unless you don’t care about plowing over slow runners! br /br /Btw, we got ours on craigslist. WAAAAAY cheaper and well worth it if you can find one that was well taken care of!

I have owned this stroller for over a year now and absolutely LOVE it! br /I started using this when my son was about 4 months old. Reclines well for younger babies. The Graco travel system stroller just couldn’t keep up with our outdoor lifestyle. Easy to fold up and throw in the car. Fairly easy to keep clean. Very quiet. Provides a smooth ride on the road or on uneven terrain. However, in tight quarters (such as the mall)be prepared to clip many heels. The front stationary wheel makes it a litte hard to turn in tight areas. br /I’ll never go back to a regular stroller!
